Developed expressly for owners of select PT6A engines between the hot section inspection and overhaul phase of the engine lifecycle, our new P&WCSMART™ Subscription Service is a bundled maintenance package that provides coverage for unscheduled engine and accessory removal, scheduled line maintenance parts, mobile repair team troubleshooting, digital engine health services and more. With options tailored to operators' flying hours and preferences on the length of the subscription term, it’s a small investment for maximum peace of mind.

The benefits don’t stop there. Customers also receive a 25% credit based on the subscription price of up to US$17,000 toward a future P&WCSMART™ overhaul.

    P&WCSMART™ Subscription Service's flexible model is based on annual flying hours and provides one- and three-year term options that can be renewed at the end of the term.

    • Option #1: 200 flying hours per year - $7,500 USD per year per engine ($20 per hour charge for additional hours)
    • Option #2: 500 flying hours per year - $12,500 USD per year per engine ($35 per hour charge for additional hours)
    • Operators flying less than 450 hours a year are best served by option #1; those flying more than 450 hours a year are best served by option #2
    • Both options are available for one- and three-year renewable terms, ensuring you a low annual rate that will not change during the term

    The P&WCSMART Subscription Service is a bundled package of selected maintenance and services expressly chosen for your PT6A engine that is between the hot section inspection (HSI) and overhaul stage of the engine lifecycle. With this solution, you are provided with selected scheduled and unscheduled maintenance along with greater visibility into the health of your engine through digital engine services – including our advanced oil analysis technology and engine health monitoring. The P&WCSMART Subscription Service also provides a credit toward a PT6ASMART overhaul. 

    ESP™ is our pay-per-hour maintenance program that guarantees long-term engine maintenance costs through a planned and preventative approach to maximize your flying time. It helps enhance aircraft value by ensuring your engines are maintained to the highest standard by the people who know your engine best. Customers can enroll in ESP at any stage of the engine lifecycle. ESP provides our most comprehensive coverage for all of your scheduled and unscheduled engine maintenance needs along with a host of digital engine health management services. ESP accrues each hour you fly, providing a long-term cost guarantee for major engine maintenance including the HSI and overhaul, unscheduled engine and accessory maintenance, required engine and accessory upgrades and much more.

    Customers who take advantage of our P&WCSMART Hot Section Inspection program for PT6A engines will be enrolled in the P&WCSMART Subscription Service at no charge for the first year. That’s up to US$12,500 in savings, plus up to US$20,000 in savings for the hot section inspection under P&WCSMART.
