    Coverage levels vary based on aircraft and engine model. Get in touch with a Pratt & Whitney representative in your region to discuss the right option for you.

    All packages include the following coverage:

    • Engine overhaul or refurbishment
    • Hot section inspection (HSI)
    • Basic unplanned engine removal (BUER)
    • Basic unplanned accessory removal (BUAR)
    • Troubleshooting labour (limited)
    • Service bulletin incorporation
    • Lease engine support
    • Trend monitoring

    Gold package adds the following coverage:

    • Troubleshooting labour (as required)
    • Removal and installation (R&I)
    • Mobile repair team (MRT) for AOG
    • Freight

    Where available the Platinum package adds the following coverage to Gold:

    • Routine periodic inspections
    • Environmental damage repair

    Additional Platinum services available depending on engine model.

    We have recently launched our new carbon offset service for P&WC business jet, helicopter and general aviation customers enrolled in ESPTM. You contribute a small fee each time you fly. We will estimate and compensate your aircraft emissions by sourcing high quality carbon offset credits from South Pole, a globally recognized third-party carbon offset provider, and provide you with a certificate of carbon compensation.

    Delivering you the best long-term value and peace of mind is our top priority. That’s why, when you enroll a new PT6A engine¹ in our Eagle Service™ Plan (ESP™ Program), we’ll give you the first 400 hours² at no charge – a value of up to $70,000 USD per engine towards covered maintenance.

    After the initial no-charge period, you will also benefit from a discounted ESP™ Program rate until first overhaul based on the engine model.
