ADAS+

An aircraft Data Acquisition System Airframe mounted on fixed wing aircraft. Monitors and auto-records critical flight parameters on single or dual engines.

ADASD

A digital Aircraft Data Acquisition System that collects critical flight parameters directly from an ARNIC 429 data bus or analog sensors. Monitors and auto-records critical flight parameters on single or dual engines.

ADASH

A hybrid Aircraft Data Acquisition System that collects critical flight parameters directly from an ARNIC 429 data bus or analog and discrete sensors. Monitors and auto-records critical flight parameters on single or dual engines.

SMARTCYCLE+

An airframe mounted system for rotary aircraft. It monitors dual engines.

INTELLISTART+

An airframe mounted system for rotary aircraft. It features start control capability and assists in the start sequence by controlling and limiting damaging thermal temperature peaks in the engine hot section. It prevents hot start occurrences. The collected data details what happened before, during and immediately after an exceedance / event. Provides automatic calculations in seconds vs. manual calculations that can require hours to compile.

DTU (DATA TRANSMISSION UNIT)

An on-board communications system that delivers aircraft and engine performance data to a central database without operator intervention.

TRANSFER MODULE

Allows communication with engine control system units (EEC, DCU, EDU) from a laptop with Windows interface It allows operators to download data recorded by engine controls to upload configuration parameters. It performs live data recording for engine troubleshooting.

GBSLITE DIAGNOSTIC MODULE

Provides engine fault/event/exceedance history as well as engine recorded data related to these faults. It provides analysis tools that review all data recorded by engine controls. It links fault code to maintenance actions in the Engine Maintenance Manual.

DPHM KIT (DIAGNOSTIC PROGNOSTIC AND HEALTH MANAGEMENT)

Bundles together cables/adapter and all software necessary to perform flight line maintenance and diagnostic tasks. It includes a transfer module and GBSLite Diagnostic Module to record and download engine data from the engine control system and performs engine diagnostic data analysis. It includes Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals to provide direct links between engine fault to remedial action.

ACES MODEL 560 P&WC-JEDA

The Jet Engine Data Acquisition (JEDA) system is used to provide fault diagnostics information for those engines with Engine Control Units (ECUs) and Bleed Valve Controls (BVC's) without built-in diagnostics capabilities. This wireless ground based system is used to retrieve engine fault codes, perform Throttle rigging procedures and Bleed Valve troubleshooting. It provides the ability to move around the aircraft with data being wirelessly transmitted to a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) for troubleshooting engine faults and performance.
