The FAST solution captures, analyzes and wirelessly sends full-flight data intelligence to you within minutes of engine shutdown so you can maximize aircraft availability, optimize maintenance planning and reduce operating costs. FAST solution is tuned for your P&WC engine by the people who designed and know your engine best.

FULLY AUTOMATED, WIRELESS DATA TRANSMISSION

Relevant and timely full-flight engine and aircraft intelligence, encrypted and secure FDR data, including alerts and trends data are sent to you wirelessly.

DRIVING ON-CONDITION AND PREDICTIVE MAINTENANCE

P&WC is able to analyze hundreds of distinct engine and aircraft parameters enabling on-condition predictive maintenance, extended time on wing and maintenance cost guarantees.

WIRELESS SERVICE

For customers interested in activating the wireless functionality of the FAST solution, P&WC has identified one or more service providers that offer SIM cards that are compatible with the solution. These service providers offer competitive pricing that will provide cellular service customized to meet operators' needs.

PROACTIVE HELP DESK

Our proactive help desk provides preventative, data-driven maintenance management and consulting services to customers. The new service is being rolled out first to PW300 engine customers on P&WC’s ESP pay-per-hour maintenance program and will be expanded to other engine families including the PurePower® PW800 in the future.
