Caroline Maso

Vice President, Human Resources Pratt & Whitney Canada

Caroline Maso was appointed Vice President, Human Resources, at Pratt & Whitney Canada (P&WC) in 2021.

Since joining us as Manager, Human Resources, in 2007, she has led multiple business units within the organization, such as Customer Service, Business Development and Operations Manufacturing. In 2017, she was named Director, Human Resources, then became Senior Director in 2018. Earlier in her career, she worked for Petro Canada as a Human Resources Senior Counsellor.

Drawing on over 20 years of experience, Caroline’s expertise includes operational and strategic HR practices built on a commitment to attracting, retaining, developing and engaging the best talent. With a focus on people, culture and innovation, she leads global projects, processes and analysis that support our business needs and growth strategy. She also plays a key role in fostering a more diverse, equitable and inclusive work environment that encourages creativity and empowers employees to reach their full potential.

Caroline earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Université du Québec à Montréal in 2005 and holds a certificate in industrial and labour relations from Queen’s University. She chairs the Aéro Montréal aerospace cluster’s Next Generation Workforce committee, sits on the Canadian Manufacturers & Exporters’ advisory Workforce for the Future Council and is a member of the board of Directors committee for Centraide of Greater Montreal.
