Vice President, Operations, Customer Service
Pascale Tremblay was appointed Vice President, Operations, Customer Service, in January 2018. In her role, she is driving operational excellence to enhance Customer experience and responsiveness in support of Pratt & Whitney Canada (P&WC) Aftermarket products maintenance for Customer Service facilities worldwide.
Pascale joined P&WC in 1998 as an Engineering Supervisor for Test Facilities. She assumed positions of increasing responsibility in Engineering, Marketing, Operations and Customer Service before being appointed Senior Director, Operations, Customer Service, in October 2015.
She holds a master’s degree in Engineering Management and a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Sherbrooke. In a spirit of continuous learning, Pascale has successfully completed various leadership programs, including Virginia University-Darden, HEC Montréal-Helios, and West Point New York-Thayer Leader Development Group.
Recognized as a passionate and inspirational leader, Pascale is the formal P&WC Executive sponsor for Diversity and Inclusion. She is an avid believer in the importance of supporting a healthy way of life by engaging in skiing, swimming and yoga.
