Timothy Swail was named Vice President of Customer Programs at Pratt & Whitney Canada in April 2014.
Mr. Swail is leading the Customer Service Engineering organization for all product lines and front-line support, including C First and Field Operations organizations. He is ensuring that P&WC’s reputation for excellence in support is enhanced by continually setting higher goals to ensure customer delight and achieve business growth.
Mr. Swail joined Pratt & Whitney Canada in 1989 as an engineer. He assumed positions of increasing responsibility within the Engineering organization before being appointed Director, Engine Development Programs, in May 2010.
Prior to P&WC, Mr. Swail was a professor at Concordia University. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Concordia University.
