Internships and co-op programs show you what it’s like to work in a particular field while continuing your education. These programs integrate academic studies with work experience. During their four- or eight-month terms, students gain valuable work experience, and their internship or co-op experience is counted for course credit.

The SOW internship program welcomes over 250 students yearly across the enterprise. SOW internships are project-based, full-time opportunities and four months in duration. Through our New Graduate Engineering Rotational Program, you will acquire the valuable hands-on skills and foundational experience to become the professional you are meant to be.

As part of the program, successful candidates will participate in 3 career rotations of 12 months duration. Rotational plans are designed to accelerate your personal and professional development.
