Warranty Portal System

The Warranty Portal System is an application developed exclusively for P&WC Designated Overhaul Facilities and P&WC Service Centers.

The Warranty Portal System (WPS) application is accessible through the P&WC Customer Portal, it allows P&WC Designated Overhaul Facilities and P&WC Service Centers to report and administer Unplanned Removals (UR's), create claims and run real time status reports.

The Warranty Portal System (WPS) application offers the following features:

  • Create Unplanned Removal Notification: Allows P&WC Designated Overhaul Facilities and P&WC Service Centres the ability to notify P&WC of the induction of an unplanned removal engine event.
  • Create a claim: Provides P&WC Designated Overhaul Facilities and P&WC Service Centres the ability to generate and submit electronic Warranty and or ESPĀ® Claims.
  • Status reports: Displays existing claims and Unplanned Removal Work in Process reports.
