Publications Support for New Aircraft Operators

We offer a package of high-quality technical publications for new aircraft operators in a variety of media. A free two-year revision service is provided for each new aircraft delivery and subsequent two-year revision service periods are available for a nominal fee thereafter.

Each new aircraft operator receives applicable support publications in one of two ways:

1. Upon notification from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) P&WC sends the following publications to the customer:
   • Engine Maintenance Manual
   • Engine Illustrated Parts Catalog
   • Engine Service Bulletins and Spare Parts Bulletins
   • Service Information Letters
2. The OEM supplies a publications package to the customer with the delivery of the aircraft. This package consists of:
   • Engine Maintenance Manual
   • Engine Illustrated Parts Catalog
   • Publications Registration Certificate

To receive revisions to the above manuals and to obtain additional publications from P&WC, customers have to fill out a Publications Registration Certificate and Technical Data Agreement.

Electronic Technical Publications

Pratt & Whitney Canada's Technical Publications team offers customers a variety of electronic media options depending on the publication type and/or engine model.
