Our Eagle Plus® Warranty Program offers the flexibility and predictability of an annual contract.
Support Engine
Offers complete Support Engine coverage on the following costs: hourly utilization, removal and installation, transportation, per diem charges and troubleshooting labour, for the restoration period of 55 days FOB. Mobile Repair Team (MRT) expenses are also covered pending pre-approval by P&WC. The customer is responsible for insurance, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and consumables.
Basic Coverage Extension out to TBO
Offers Basic Coverage as described in the Warranty and Service Policy booklets, up to the P&WC published first Time Between Overhaul (TBO) period.
Repair Cost Management
Offers assistance in managing repair costs. If repair costs are greater than those calculated using a pre-determined formula, customer responsibilities are limited by applying the Repair Cost Management (RCM). The formula and accompanying rates are supplied to the customer along with the agreement.
