P&WC is always looking for new ways of making your maintenance environment more predictable and improving your aircraft availability. We are seeking early adopters interested in participating in a trial of our oil analysis technology – an innovative oil debris monitoring solution in development.

WHAT IS THIS NEW TECHNOLOGY?
P&WC's oil analysis technology is a new way to effectively monitor your engine oil system. This innovative technology has the potential to detect specific engine conditions by identifying the wear patterns of oil-wetted components through analyzing particles found in the oil.
Greater insight from oil debris analysis
- Detects the source of debris earlier and more accurately than any existing oil debris monitoring technology available today.
- Monitors the health of oil-wetted engine components such as bearings, carbon seals and gears.
- At maturity, the technology will enable a planned and proactive maintenance environment, allowing operators to benefit from an increased engine availability.
WHY A TECHNOLOGY TRIAL?
- The trial aims at maturing P&WC's Oil Analysis Technology on each engine model, taking into consideration their specific condition.
- The calibration requires the analysis of a representative pool of samples. Your participation is catalyzing the maturation and will help the development of future reports.

AS A PARTICIPANT YOU WILL
- Receive oil sampling kits, including return shipping, at no cost.
- Have the opportunity to receive summary reports on the progression of the technology. (Note: The calibration requires the analysis of a representative pool of samples. No detailed reports will be made available until enough samples have been analyzed.)
FOUR SIMPLE STEPS:
Participants must continue to follow their regular maintenance schedule as outlined in their engine maintenance manual (EMM) or any applicable Instruction for Continued Airworthiness (ICA). Participation in this trial does not replace your existing maintenance program.
