Pratt & Whitney Canada Signs Engine Maintenance Agreement With JetSuite

ORLANDO, FLORIDA--(Marketwire - Oct. 7, 2008) - NBAA 2008 - Pratt & Whitney Canada (P&WC) has signed an 11-year Fleet Management Program agreement with private jet charter company JetSuite to maintain its new fleet of PW617F-powered Embraer Phenom 100 aircraft. Pratt & Whitney Canada is a United Technologies (NYSE:UTX) company.

P&WC will provide comprehensive engine maintenance services under its FMP(R) program for JetSuite's fleet of 50 aircraft orders and 50 options. Engine coverage includes both scheduled and unscheduled engine maintenance and Engine Trend Condition Monitoring (ETCM).

JetSuite plans to operate a fleet of 11 Phenom 100 aircraft next year from Los Angeles and Las Vegas, and to then add two aircraft per month to serve areas in western United States, Alaska, Canada and Mexico.
