Pratt & Whitney Canada Strongly Denies the Allegations
Made by a Montreal Radio Station
LONGUEUIL, QUEBEC--(CCNMatthews - Sept. 10, 2004) - Pratt &
Whitney Canada (P&WC) strongly denies the news broadcasted this
morning by a Montreal radio station alleging the transmission of
juvenile pornographic material by some of its employees and that
there was a police operation involved in the investigation.
On Wednesday, September 8, 2004, P&WC took appropriate
disciplinary actions, including disciplinary notice, suspension
and termination when some of its employees violated its policy
regarding the use of electronic communication tools such as the
Internet, email and other types of IT systems.
The investigation was conducted by P&WC's internal security
services. The company takes this situation very seriously and is

inappropriate behaviour.
