P&WC Customer Service Centre Europe Signs $41 Million
Fleet Management Program Contract with FlyBE

PARIS, FRANCE, PARIS AIR SHOW--Pratt & Whitney Canada Corp.'s
(P&WC's) Customer Service Centre Europe GmbH (P&WC CSC Europe
GmbH) has entered into a Fleet Management Program (FMP(R) with
FlyBE.

The 15-year contract covers engine maintenance services and is
valued at approximately US $41 million over the life of the
contract. It provides customized support for FlyBE's fleet of 45
installed and spare PW150A engines.

"We are pleased to enter a long-term relationship with FlyBE by
extending our fleet management services to the PW150A engines
installed on its Dash 8 Q400 fleet," said Denis Parisien, Vice
President - Service Centres Overhaul & Repair, P&WC.

FlyBE's principal operating bases are in Belfast, Birmingham,
Southampton and the Channel Islands. Over its 25-year history,
the company has grown from a small commuter airline providing
scheduled services between mainland UK and the Channel Island
into Europe's largest independent regional airline, serving 46
destinations.

P&WC CSC Europe GmbH is a joint venture of P&WC and MTU/Germany
and operates two modern service centres in Ludwigsfelde, Germany
and Southampton, U.K. The Southampton facility is conveniently
located adjacent to the Southampton International Airport. This
60,000-square-foot facility offers full repair and overhaul
support for PW100 and PT6T Twin-Pac(R) including two test cells,
one for each engine series. The Ludwigsfelde facility is located
near the city of Berlin and provides full repair and overhaul
support for PT6A, JT15D, PW200 and PW300 engine series. The
126,000-square-foot facility is equipped with three
state-of-the-art test cells.
