Pratt & Whitney Canada PT6A-135A Engines Cornerstone of T-G Aviation's Super Cheyenne(TM) Conversion

Pratt & Whitney Canada PT6A-135A Engines Cornerstone of
T-G Aviation's Super Cheyenne(TM) Conversion

NEW ORLEANS, LOUISIANA--NBAA 2000, Pratt & Whitney Canada Corp.
(P&WC) announced today that its PT6A-135A turbine engine has been
specified in T-G Aviation's Super Cheyenne(TM) conversion package
for Piper Cheyenne I and II aircraft.

The first Super Cheyenne(TM) II conversion has been completed and
the test flight results are impressive. Maximum cruise speeds of
290 plus knots (TAS) have been achieved with a maximum climb rate
of 5,000 fpm at lower altitudes with a 20,000 foot in 10 minute
planned climb rate. Up to six per cent increases in fuel
efficiency are being recorded to date.

The PT6A-135A engines are supplied with the full P&WC new engine
warranty and service policies. Time between hot section
inspections is scheduled at 1,800 hours of operation with a time
between overhaul (TBO) period of 3,600 hours. P&WC's Eagle
Service Plan (R), an optional engine maintenance budget plan where
P&WC becomes responsible for specific scheduled and unscheduled
maintenance expenses in return for a set hourly operating charge,
is available to all operators taking advantage of the Super
Cheyenne conversion.

T-G Aviation's Super Cheyenne(TM) conversions are being offered
from the T-G hangar at Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.
