Walter Di Bartolomeo was named Vice President, Engineering, Pratt & Whitney Canada in 2006.
Mr. Di Bartolomeo has been with Pratt & Whitney Canada for over 20 years. He began his career at P&WC in 1985 as an aerodynamicist, assuming roles of increasing responsibility in Engineering. He gained broad experience in the areas of aerodynamics, ice protection, project engineering, nacelle design, accessories and mechanical systems integration.
Mr. Di Bartolomeo earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from McGill University in 1983 and a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from McGill University in 1985. He received an Engineering Postgraduate Scholarship from the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada from 1983 to 1985.
