Sam Abdelmalek was named Vice President, Supply Management, Pratt & Whitney Canada in 2008.

Mr. Abdelmalek joined Pratt & Whitney Canada in 2005 as Director, Supply Management, Accessories & Nacelles. He previously worked from 2002 to 2005 at Turbocor Inc. as Vice President, Procurement and later Vice President, Manufacturing & Supply Chain. From 1989 to 2002, he worked at Bell Helicopter Textron as a design engineer, project engineer and subcontract administrator, including supervisor and manager.

Mr. Abdelmalek earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Montreal’s École Polytechnique in 1989 and an MBA from Concordia University in 1999.
