Nancy German was named Vice President, Communications, Pratt & Whitney Canada in 2001.

Mrs. German has been with Pratt & Whitney Canada for almost 10 years. She began her career at Pratt & Whitney Canada in 1999 as Manager, Employee Communications.

Before joining Pratt & Whitney Canada, Mrs. German spent over 10 years in strategic positions at Groupe Denis, Everest Public Relations, Productions Jamais Deux Sans Toi and Métro-Richelieu. In 1998, she became Senior Manager, Communications at Laurentian Bank of Canada.

Mrs. German earned a bachelor of arts specializing in translation from the Université de Montréal and a certificate in marketing from the École des Hautes Études Commerciales.

Mrs. German is a member of the Public Affairs Committee of the Aerospace Industries Association of Canada, the General Aviation Manufacturers Association, the Conference Board of Canada, Aéro Montréal. She is also a member of the Canadian Public Relations Society and the International Association of Business Communicators.
