Maria Della Posta was appointed Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing, Pratt & Whitney Canada in 2010.

Mrs. Della Posta has been with Pratt & Whitney Canada for over 20 years. She began her career at Pratt & Whitney Canada in 1985 and held various roles in Procurement, Sales Financing and Credit, Customer Support, Field Operations, PW200 program and Raw Material. In 2000, she was named Director, Customer Support. In 2008, she was named Vice President, Customer Service.

Mrs. Della Posta earned a bachelor’s degree in commerce from McGill University in 1985 and an MBA from McGill University in 1991.

Mrs. Della Posta was recognized for her risk-taking and professional success when she was inducted into the YWCA’s Academy of Women Achievers in New York City in 2001.

Mrs. Della Posta was president and a member of the Board of Directors of la Soleillerie from 1997 to 1999. She is also a member of the Young Mentoring Association of Quebec and the McGill MBA Advisory Board.
