Doug Purdy was named Vice President, Quality, Pratt & Whitney Canada,
in April 2010.

Mr. Purdy has been with Pratt & Whitney Canada for 10 years. He joined the company in 2000 as Manager, Machined Parts, following a five-year career at General Motors. He assumed positions of increasing responsibility in the Operations, Service Centres and Supply Management organizations before being appointed Director, Quality, in March 2009.

Mr. Purdy holds an MBA in management from the Université du Québec à Montréal.
