Denis Parisien was named Vice President, Next Generation General Aviation Products, Pratt & Whitney Canada, in 2010.

Mr. Parisien began his career at Pratt & Whitney Canada in 1993 as Plant Manager, Machine Parts, Plant 2, Longueuil, Québec. He later assumed positions of increasing responsibility in the Service Center organization and became General Manager of Pratt & Whitney Engine Services in West Virginia in 1997. He was named Vice President, Service Centres Repair and Overhaul in 2001 and Vice President Quality in 2004.

Before joining Pratt & Whitney Canada, Mr. Parisien worked at General Motors Canada from 1983 to 1993 where he held various leadership positions in operations management.

Mr. Parisien earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the École Polytechnique de Montréal in 1982. He completed the Executive Program at Queen’s University in 1996 and the Darden School of Business Senior Leadership Program in 2001.
